A good coach depends on being able to help the client achieve the goals and results established during the training process. So, is ROI the right way to measure the effectiveness of coaching? Or is the coach's feedback the right way to measure the effectiveness of the training? In this case, a team evaluation tool is used before and, usually, 3 months after hiring the coach to measure the effectiveness of the team's training. When thinking about ways to evaluate the effectiveness of coaching, it's good to start at the beginning of a coaching relationship and not when it's about to end.
